The Tips to Deal With Pain Bloating

In the previous post, I suggested food combining as a good way to get rid of bloating pain. In this post, I will tell you the basics of food combining so that you can stop the stomach bloating pain for good.

However, before we start with the simple rules, I must give you two basic pieces of advices. First, make sure you chew all of your food. This will really help your stomach digest the food and the food will need to spend less time in your stomach reducing the bloating pain quickly.

Second, try not to drink much when eating or even right after eating. This is so because liquids dissolve the enzymes released by the body to digest the food. When this happens, the enzymes loose their effectiveness. It is always a better idea to drink 20 minute before a meal.

Ok. Now you are ready to read the most important rule about food combining. The most important rule is to make sure not to mix carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes) with proteins (meats, eggs, fish). This is so because they require different types of enzymes.

The problem is that when these enzymes need to be released at the same time, they neutralize each other and the food stays a lot longer in your stomach. That is why you will feel bloated after you eat something like pasta with meatballs.

What you can do is to mix carbohydrates or proteins with green vegetables. Green vegetables are good because they are processed very quickly because of their high water content.

Finally, remember to not mix fruits with any other type of foods. You should always eat fruits by themselves because they do not need to be processed in the stomach. If you eat fruits with other foods, they will stop in the stomach and become fermented.

As you can see, these are very simple rules that make a huge difference in the way you stop the bloating pain. If you follow these rules, you should start feeling the changes immediately
