However, before we start with the simple rules, I must give you two basic pieces of advices. First, make sure you chew all of your food. This will really help your stomach digest the food and the food will need to spend less time in your stomach reducing the bloating pain quickly.

Second, try not to drink much when eating or even right after eating. This is so because liquids dissolve the enzymes released by the body to digest the food. When this happens, the enzymes loose their effectiveness. It is always a better idea to drink 20 minute before a meal.
